Each case that we accept is handled as a top priority. We accept a limited number of new cases each year so that we are available to our clients and able to spend the time necessary to produce the best outcome. Both attorneys in our office, Robert W. Kahn and Florence M. Richardson, work together on every case. This teamwork provides our clients with the best legal representation.

Robert W. Kahn has practiced law since 1952. He is a graduate of Siena College (B.A.) and Albany Law School (LL.B.). Mr. Kahn has devoted his career to matrimonial law. He is co-author of "The Divorce Lawyers' Casebook." He is a Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations (Family Law Sections), the Albany County Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York (Capital District Chapter). Mr. Kahn has lectured to attorneys, students and the public on a wide range of matrimonial law issues.
